FG must ban importation of rice, alcoholic drinks others – Guru Marahaji

Spiritual leader of one love family Mission Sat Guru Marahaji has advocated for outright ban of foreign  consumable products including Rice, Alcoholic drinks  fruits and others in other to enhance local production and farming.

Marahaji who was a guest at league of Veteran journalists’ roundtable discussion on a topic Nigeria in search for economic and spiritual rebirth held at Dapo Aderogba Hall, Nigerian Union of Journalists Iyaganku Ibadan also disclose said the disconnect with our culture and tradition is responsible for the recession and the crisis that is bedeviling the nation.

‘ If there is total ban on importation of most of the products we consume in the country  and focus on  improving our local product and encourage farmers to produce more , Nigeria will stand on its feet and be buoyant economically”.

“ Speaking on president Buhari’s anti corruption fight, Marahaji said the president should be given military power to drive home his point in his corruption fight in this nation; we need to get rid of those who put our nation into perpetual mess of economic depression and stagnation”,
 ‘All of us should be law abiding we should give whoever is the head the opportunity to work and not to start judging somebody immediately ,

 “The salary of the national assembly should be reduce to one quarter, president too should get half  salary, journalists must not be spare too in the anti corruption fight so that you will bring out the news as it is”

 Speaking on restructuring, Marahaji said, the restructuring is already here, all we  need now is a  sound judiciary ,a sound legislature where there will be no padding with time we will be able to see the real change, we are all Buharists he is the captain of the boat let us all support him.


Earlier in his address the chairman league of veteran Journalists Alhaji Wale Adele said the  roundtable discussion is to find solution to the myriads of problems confronting Nigeria.
